We have owned this wonderful home since 2010 and have enjoyed it ever since. As destiny has it, our frequent trips to San Francisco keep us away often. Hence, we have decided to enable other fortunate guests to enjoy this secluded and spacious property.
Built at the end of a quiet road with a wonderful wooded stream valley and family-oriented county park behind it, this home enjoys an abundance of privacy. It has parking for one to four cars in the driveway. The property has a spacious and comfortable garden, as the lot measures 1.1 acres surrounded by greenery and trees. The structure itself is about 1,500 sq. ft., and includes three bedrooms, all with comfortable queen-size beds. There is a full bath upstairs and another one downstairs, where the TV room is located.
But the main attraction is the amount of natural light it obtains given its huge windows, several natural skylights, and open spaces. Savor the gardens from one of several comfortable patios, or from the hammock. It is a pleasure to enjoy this home all year long, but springtime and fall are my favorite times of the year.
The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you’ll need to cook a feast for yourself or a large family get-together. All appliances were recently purchased, including the range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The dining room seats eight people comfortably, and then step into the open living room area for an after-dinner drink in front of the fireplace.
If you need to do laundry, feel free to use the recently purchased washing machine and dryer downstairs. In this room, you may also find a queen-size inflatable bed to be placed in the large TV room, or anywhere you feel like.
