My friend Paul lived in this wonderful flat since early 2017. We were both renting it through Airbnb while he was commuting from London. He has now moved to Seattle, and this place was such a success among our guests, that I decided to continue to open its doors to nice folks such as yourself. However, I still use it as my refuge when I have business associates in town or for other business meetings. This flat is so conveniently located that I feel such an awesome place would be an awful thing to waste. It is for this reason that I chose to open it up to you.
The mid-rise apartment building is a Living Green architectural structure that uses, among other environmentally sustainable efforts, reclaimed water for irrigation in common areas, recycling receptacles for residents and guests, bicycle storage and easy access to public transportation, and low energy consumption.
As you’d expect, the apartment is almost brand new. I prefer a minimalist approach to interior decoration, providing a comfortable surrounding, yet, omitting excess. There is no TV in the place, but Internet signal is strong in every corner of the flat, so you won’t have any issues to stream Netflix or anything else if that’s your thing.
Help yourself to use any cooking essentials, and please pay it forward by leaving non-perishables to other future guests. Kitchen appliances are all energy-efficient and new, and I am certain you will find everything you need to cook a feast. However, should you have any special requests, please let me know prior to your arrival, and I will try to do whatever I can to oblige.
The master bedroom has a larger walk-in closet, but both rooms have comfortable cozy queen-size beds, although one is softer while the other one is firmer. In addition, the common area/living room has a sofa bed, if not all four member of your party are intimately related. Each bedroom also has a small desk if working is your thing while visiting town.
