Ah, Dupont Circle, an iconic neighborhood in DC, where true locals, a bohemian community, international technocrats, art traders, intellectuals, and high-end government workers co-exist. Those in the know about Washington, DC, are aware that this IS the place to live in the city.
And right in the heart of this unique area is our small and comfortable abode. Newport Hideaway is tucked in a beautiful, quiet, tree-laden, one-way street, a three-minute walk from the actual Circle.
To get to it from the metro station, you will pass the quintessential DC row houses, art galleries, and boutique law offices that distinguish this corner of the city with its iconic architecture.
Our place itself invites you to explore what our nation’s capital has to offer. When you’re here, you’ll be at peace, in comfort, and with just about everything you will need to get your day started, but just small enough to encourage you to see the city, its beauty, its cafes, and its hidden treasures that most tourists have no idea exist.
With an amazing queen-size bed, a 55-inch TV, and a small but well-appointed kitchenette, you will appreciate your time alone or in the company of your significant other. Chances are, it will inspire you to reflect on a fun day in the city or look ahead to another eye-opening experience the following day.
At the end of the day, have a drink, decompress, and take a shower. Listen to some jazz using our Bluetooth speaker. Unwind watching a Netflix film while relaxing on the sofa. Tomorrow, you’ll start all over again.
